June Recap

Just like that we say goodbye to June, and hello July!

Today I spent 20 minutes removing subscribers with less than 80% engagement with this newsletter.

Going from nearly 560 readers, down to 479.

That’s close to 100 readers removed.

If you are running your own practice, would you like to lose 100 leads?

This wasn’t a mistake, I planned it.

What does a large audience matter if they are not engaging, interacting or learning from the e-mails I send out?

These were not random subscribers. Like I mentioned earlier. These were subscribers who in the last year had not engaged with more than 1 or 2 e-mails.

What surprised me the most…

Majority of those removed had been in our list since we first launched our first Dry Needling Cohort back in 2021.

It was sad to see them go, but I have big plans for this newsletter and there’s something I am building that will only be for a few readers.

More details on that later.

Now on to our June recap!

🗓️Did you miss your Performance Doctor segment?

The last two weeks have been a bust for the Performance Doctor segment, and I apologize. I’ve been so caught up at The Athlete Spot that I kept scheduling patients during my writing blocks. A good problem to have.

That’s changing as I am updating my “work in the business” schedule this week.

Expect the Performance Doctor segments back in your inbox early Tuesday mornings with more on the behind the scenes of business.
